Our Mission

The present deed is an agreement between the 'USER' user of services provided by the Nogiz as mentioned in the policy page and 'Pocket Radio'. This deed will be known as 'Agreement' hereinafter.

1. General Information

Pocket Radio allows you to stream global radio stations and enjoy live music, talk shows, news, and more, without requiring you to create an account. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developers of Pocket Radio ("we" or "Nogiz").

Using the Nogiz services, the user hereby acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement is a legal agreement between the user and Nogiz and all the terms stated hereunder apply to the user using service provided by Nogiz. If the user does not agree with this Agreement, the user is advised not to accept this agreement and not to use the Nogiz Service in any manner.

2. Purpose of the App

Pocket Radio is an online platform that streams live radio stations, offering music, talk shows, news, sports, and more. Nogiz serves as a listing platform and does not control the content broadcasted by third-party stations.

3. User Access and Permissions

• Account Creation: No account or registration is required to use Pocket Radio.
• Permissions: Pocket Radio requests access to the following:
  • Internet Access: To stream online radio stations.
  • Notification Access: Enables us to send updates about features, station alerts, or relevant content.

4. Third-Party Content

• Pocket Radio lists radio stations operated by third-party broadcasters. We do not own, control, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of the content provided by these broadcasters.

5. Limitations of Liability

• Pocket Radio is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for high performance and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
